Fourteen rollers in every print station – two ink transfer rollers on the plate with precise adjustments, four oscillating rolls with reliable movement mechanism, one ink monotony roller with 26 cm diameter- can result in the highest print quality for you. There exists print horse with more than five tones weight on the rolls which move using a handle very easily.
Having seen the diameter of the biggest printed pail about 35 cm among the pail printers in the world, this machine prints more than this size. This machine is able to print the entire pail sides at one time. It has been designed in a way that with 15 tones weight, can be detached into several parts and again connected in the purchaser's place. The whole machine consisted of 6 print station can be detached using only 3 screws.
This is not an enlarged cup printing machine, but a machine designed and manufactured especially for big pail printing. This machine receives the pails in pail banks and after printing and drying, submits them in the form of counted columns. Feeder and ejector has been designed especially for heavy pails.
